NUITEQ Stage EU Privacy Policy

Version Date: October 16, 2023

General

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies throughout the European Union, and its purpose is to create a uniform and harmonized level for the protection of personal data. Like other Privacy Regulations, the GDPR exists to protect individuals' fundamental rights and freedoms, in particular their right to protection of their personal data.

As part of the business of NUITEQ, NUITEQ will from time to time collect and process information, by which individuals can be identified (“Personal Data”). NUITEQ will fully comply with GDPR as well as applicable local privacy regulations in NUITEQ’s targeted markets, and is committed to privacy and will only process information in accordance with this policy.

The purpose of the NUITEQ Stage EU  Privacy Policy is, therefore, to inform individuals how NUITEQ uses, processes, collects and shares Personal Data within NUITEQ Stage EU at nuiteqstage.se. This Privacy Policy sets out how NUITEQ, including all its subsidiaries and branches, complies with the GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the NUITEQ Stage website and services and is limited to nuiteqstage.se

Transfer of Personal Data outside of the EU/EEA area

NUITEQ Stage will not transfer personal data outside the European Union in order to deliver NUITEQ's own services. There are additional modules and additional services that may involve a transfer to third countries. It is the person who signed the agreement with NUITEQ who is responsible for personal data and decides which add-ons should be made available to you.

In the event that the Agreement holder has activated an add-on that involves transfer to a third country, the User agrees to transfer outside of the EU/EEA.

NUITEQ also draws the attention of Agreement holders and Users that they themselves can transfer data to places over which NUITEQ has no control and that Agreement holders and Users themselves are fully responsible for these transfers.

NUITEQ is committed to ensuring that Personal Data is secure. NUITEQ has therefore implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to be able to demonstrate that the processing is performed in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations. However, NUITEQ cannot ensure the complete security of the information transmitted by Users.

We regularly monitor our systems for signs of a breach. In the event of a breach or incident, all users will be notified within the system and NUITEQ will also announce a breach to any IT and administrators who don’t have a NUITEQ account but have signed up for breach notifications at https://nuiteq.com/BreachNotifications.
