This month, on the 27th of May, we observe Memorial Day, a federal holiday in the United States to remember and honor the ones who fought and died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
What do your students know about Memorial Day and how can you teach it in the classroom, so that it is memorable?
The teachers in our Global Content Department created these engaging Memorial Day lessons to help you underline the importance of remembering war veterans.
Students learn about Memorial Day and then test their knowledge through interactive activities.
The lessons are easy-to-use and can be edited to fit any lesson plan, curriculum or grade needs.
